Ghislaine Maxwell Sentence Reduced By Federal Judge

We all called it folks…

Maxwell’s maximum sentence has been reduced by 10 years following a recent ruling from a federal judge. She can now receive a maximum sentence of 55 years in prison.

Keep in mind that 55 years is simply the maximum sentence that Maxwell can receive, it isn’t guaranteed that she will receive that sentence or anything even close to that sentence.

Her move to overturn her conviction failed, but this reduction in maximum sentencing almost foreshadows what I think will happen to Maxwell…

Now, this is simply speculation, and a mere prediction, but I think Maxwell will end up getting something like 5 years behind bars or an incredibly light sentence.

Perhaps she will receive a hefty prison sentence, but she will be let out early for good behavior…

Here are the latest developments in the Maxwell case:

WPBF reports:

The judge did agree with the defense that three of the five guilty charges were similar and repetitive — claiming conspiracy — and reduced it to only one count, lowering Maxwell’s sentence by 10 years.

Sky News claims:

Maxwell – the daughter of late newspaper tycoon Robert Maxwell – is due to be sentenced on 28 June.

Earlier this month, the judge refused to throw out Maxwell’s conviction after a juror disclosed during deliberations that he had been sexually abused as a child.
