Rand Paul on Fauci: Americans “are Very Disturbed at How Much He’s Lied,” “He Should be Fired”

Senator Rand Paul continues to lead the charge against the corrupt Dr. Anthony Fauci.

Fauci has been caught in more lies than Joe Biden at this point, including his persistant lies about gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab in China.

Paul has acted as the voice for the American public and their opinion of Fauci.

Paul is openly calling for Joe Biden to fire Fauci immediately.

Paul recently said that the American people “are very disturbed at how much he’s (Fauci) lied.”

Our friends at the  Daily Wire have more on Senator Paul's reaction to the NIH admssion of gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab:

Paul was asked about the revelation during an interview with Axios that aired on Sunday, to which Paul responded, “I think that people across the country are very disturbed at how much he’s lied, basically.”

“We have brand new news today, you know, that says that the NIH is now admitting that there was gain of function research there, and he lied about it,” Paul said. “And so in the letter, they acknowledge that, yes, the viruses did gain in function, they became more dangerous. So they’ve created a virus that doesn’t exist in nature to become more dangerous. That is gain of function. Now they try to justify it by saying, well it was an unexpected result. I’m not sure I buy that. Think about it, you take an unknown virus, you combine it with another virus, and you get a super-virus, you have no idea whether it gains functions or loses function. That’s what the experiment is. But I don’t know how anybody could argue that that’s not gain of function research.”

When asked what needs to happen next, Senator Paul simply stated that Fauci "should be fired."

Senator Paul has been fighting Fauci on the front lines all year, and gave him several opportunities to come clean about his lies, to which Fauci constantly refused.

Senator Paul released several tweets last week about Fauci's lies, including one which simply read: "I told you so."

Fauci continues to deny all allegations thrown his way, despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

The Blaze has Fauci's response to once again being called out by Senator Paul:

How did Fauci respond?

Fauci was asked about Paul's comments over the weekend during an interview on ABC's "This Week." Fauci, however, toed his narrative line, saying Paul is wrong and that he has been completely honest about NIH funding of Wuhan research projects.

"Well, I obviously totally disagree with Sen. Paul. He's absolutely incorrect. Neither I nor Dr. Francis Collins, the director of the NIH, lied or misled about what we've done," Fauci said.

Fauci desperately attempted to turn the tables on Rand Paul, just as he has tried to do all year:

The truth is that Paul has consistantly been proven correct.
